We offer two positions here at our office in Kuala Lumpur.

Company Secretary

To apply, candidates must have:

  • ICSA qualification and a member of MAICSA
  • At least 5 years of related experience. Exposure to public listed companies will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with the Companies Act 1965, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Securities Commission Guidelines and other relevant regulations
  • Able to independently handle secretarial work for a portfolio of clients, attend and take minutes of Board meetings and to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, possess strong sense of responsibility and high degree of initiatives
  • Good command of written and spoken English and has good interpersonal and communication skills

Assistant Company Secretary

To apply, candidates must have:

  • ICSA graduate or finalist
  • At least 2-3 years of related experience
  • To assist or support the company secretaries in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions, preparation and submission of statutory returns to Registrar of Companies and maintain and update statutory records
  • Good working attitude, responsible, committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good command of written and spoken English
